DGraphTech LLC is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our team in providing administrative support to the Information Resource Center (IRC) at a government client site. The Assistant Project Manager will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management and implementation of policies, procedures, and programs that ensure the timely and efficient delivery of services across all IRC departments. This role involves working closely with project stakeholders to meet client and contract staff needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Records Management:

  • Stay up-to-date with National Archives updates and changes related to Records Management.

  • Review and update the Agency’s document flow process maps to ensure alignment with evolving business requirements for information dissemination.

Project Oversight:

  • In the absence of the Project Manager, the Assistant Project Manager will take a leadership role in coordinating with the client’s Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) to ensure project deliverables are on schedule and meet performance standards.

  • Oversee the timely and high-quality delivery of all contract outputs in alignment with company policies and client expectations.

Client and Staff Support:

  • Assist in the management of day-to-day project tasks, ensuring that both internal teams and external clients receive prompt and efficient support.

  • Provide supervision and guidance to administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.

Personnel Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Proven experience in project management and records management.

  • Strong customer service and supervisory experience.

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience in analyzing and improving business processes.

  • Strong report writing abilities, including the generation of Agency-specific reports.

  • High proficiency in IT tools, databases, and computer systems.

  • Familiarity with Office 365 suite of tools.

  • Experience with records management systems; training or certification in records management is preferred.

  • Experience with Audio/Visual equipment is a plus.

  • Strong ability to create and manage project plans, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timely completion of tasks.

  • A college degree in business, management, or a related field, or 5+ years of proven project management experience.
